My husband and I travelled to Italy
in January for our honeymoon. We stayed in Florence for 5 nights
and stayed at the Hotel Degli Orafi. What could I say wrong about
this hotel?! It has a perfect location and our room was spacious,
clean and comfortable. Wherever I go, the first thing I check out
is the bathroom! I have no complaints about this at all either.
It was also big and clean with a marble bath and equipped with bath
robes and slippers. They made our room twice a day and every night
they gave us a candy with the weather forecast for the next day.
This was really helpful! The staff were so friendly and accommodating,
booking day trips and beautiful restaurants for us throughout our
stay. Just perfect!

This is simply a fabulous hotel
in a fabulous location. It has wonderful staff. It’s immaculately
clean and it has a wonderful breakfast room with great food. Unfortunately
we had to cut our stay short at Hotel Degli Orafi due to a family
bereavement but they could not have been more understanding and
they even gave us complimentary tea when my wife was upset. We look
forward to a return visit.

I have just got back from three
nights in this hotel and to be honest, I can't fault anything. It
is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Sometimes single
rooms are a bit lacking compared to other rooms, but this was lovely
and still had the bathrobe, slippers and mini bar (with free still
and sparkling mineral water - two of each and restocked each day).
Breakfast was lovely and the cocktails and pasta in the rooftop
bar were also excellent. I don't think there could be a better location
in Florence, particularly for someone travelling on their own. I
just could not recommend Hotel Degli Orafi highly enough.
